It looks like there's enough interest in
apocalypse_kree, so we will be running again this year!
I'm planning on a timeline similar to last year's, so it should look something like this:
November 1st - November 12th: Prompts may be submitted.
November 13th or 14th: Prompt claiming begins.
January 15th: Prompt claiming closes.
January 16th to 31st: Works can be posted during this period.
There are a few wonderful volunteers who are currently compiling one giant list of previously submitted prompts to draw from so that you have lots of choice without having to scroll through a bunch of different posts. To keep the the list from getting more unwieldy, I'm going to limit new prompts this year to five per person, so start thinking now about what you want your five to be.
I'll be back in a couple of weeks with the official rules and prompt submission posts!

Date: 2016-10-15 03:37 pm (UTC)In any case, whether it be 5 or 10 prompts, the prompt submitter should use the same writing conventions as being used in the list right now. Just to make less work for those who are sorting and maintaining the list. Once we're all done, one of us'll send those writing conventions to skieswideopen so she can put it into the official rules.

Have fun!
